On Sunday, February 2, The Dallas Morning News published an op-ed I wrote about the potential costs of U.S.  immigration reform. It’s unclear whether Congress will reach an agreement in 2014, but if it does it’s likely to benefit immigrants, the communities in which they live, and the country as a whole.
