I wrote a piece for Al Jazeera America about the Mexican Revolution and Mexico in the aftermath of the disappearance of the 43 students from Ayotzinapa. The Revolution, which began 104 years ago today, is key to understanding how the country got to this point, and it also sheds light on the possibilities — however unlikely — of real change in the future. (I remain skeptical, but hopeful.) You can read the article here.
